Danish Art Web Platform
October 2024 – May 2025
Challenge: Create a web-site based on CMS WordPress that will automatically update Artworks data from 3rd-party REST API. Create REST API based on Laravel that will regularly migrate a legacy database (MS Access) to a MySQL using mdbtools. Enable automatic updates, multilingual support, and dynamic artwork browsing. Artworks should be introduced on overview page with ability to filter them by different parameters (Owner, Motif, Technique, Pigments, etc) and year range slider. Single Artwork page will be shown all data and images, where some of the images would be possible to research in IIIF (The International Image Interoperability Framework). Create glossary feature where all words in the text would be highlighted and opened in pop-up for description.
Solution:
- Built Laravel-based backend API for scheduled data sync.
- Created custom WordPress theme with Artwork post type and taxonomies.
- Integrated IIP Image Server for IIIF high-resolution artwork viewing.
- Developed custom multilingual solution for WordPress for performance-optimized translations.
- Implemented cron jobs, queues, and background thumbnail generation.

March 2024 – August 2024
Challenge: Build new brand web-site. Migrate 15,000+ articles and 40,000+ media files from a legacy Drupal CMS to WordPress without losing structure, galleries, quotes, and others custom content sections.
Solution:
- Built custom migration scripts for content, metadata, and media.
- Developed visual shortcode editor for quotes, related posts, fact boxes.
- Optimized post relationships and dynamic frontend layouts.

Danish E-Commerce store + Event registration
Challenge: Build new e-commerce platform with WooCommerce integration. Create a custom event registration system within WooCommerce with dynamic pricing, seat availability. Create custom rewards credits system with expiration unused credits and customer notification before expire. Create ability for scanning tickets with mobile devices.
Solution:
- Built Event post type with dynamic event options that modify WooCommerce product prices.
- Integrated seat availability checks per event.
- Developed rewards points system with expiration reminders.
- Create Progressive Web App for ticket scanner

Ruby Atelier
Challenge: Build a high-performance, AJAX-driven website with deep WooCommerce integration. Implement smooth page transitions, scroll-based animations, and animated menu interactions while preserving SEO and usability. Migrate legacy content and historical orders to the new platform. Design automated export workflows for orders and product stock availability, scheduled to run monthly on the 1st day.
Solution & Responsibilities:
- Architected a performance-optimized WordPress + WooCommerce frontend using AJAX navigation to minimize full page reloads
- Implemented smooth page transitions, scroll animations, and menu state animations without compromising Core Web Vitals
